How do client seats work? What is the difference between Pro and Basic clients?
Pro clients are active coaching clients who receive custom periodized workout programs, direct 1-on-1 messaging, nutrition targets, and scheduled check-ins. Basic clients receive your workout routines and general habits. Every Pro tier includes generous or unlimited basic clients at no additional charge.
Does SicFit take a percentage of my coaching revenue?
No! SicFit charges 0% platform surcharge on your client coaching fees. You keep 100% of what you earn minus standard Stripe processing fees (2.9% + 30¢), which go directly to Stripe.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time?
Yes. You can increase or decrease your client capacity at any point right from your coach billing dashboard. Changes are prorated immediately so you only pay for what you actually use.
How quickly do client payments arrive in my bank account?
Payouts are powered by Stripe Express. Once a client accepts and pays for your coaching package, funds are automatically transferred directly into your linked bank account on Stripe's standard rolling 2-day payout schedule.
What does the Custom Branded App add-on include?
Our team builds and publishes your own standalone custom iOS and Android app directly on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store under your gym or coaching brand name and custom icon. Your clients search for and download your app directly.
Do you help migrate my existing clients and workout spreadsheets?
Yes! Our concierge onboarding team helps you transfer your existing workout templates, video clips, and active client roster over to SicFit for free so you don't waste time retyping programs.
