Welcome to SIC-FIT ("SIC-FITNESS," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the SIC-FIT mobile applications, web platform, coaching tools, workout and nutrition trackers, and marketplace (collectively, the "Services").

  1. Account Registration & Security: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  2. Health & Medical Disclaimer: SIC-FIT is a fitness and wellness platform. Our services, workouts, nutrition plans, and AI coaching tools do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult a physician or healthcare professional before starting any new exercise or nutrition program. Participation in workouts is at your own risk.

  3. Coach-Client Relationship: Certified coaches provide independent coaching services through our platform. While we strive to maintain high standards, coaches are independent contractors. Users agree to engage with coaches respectfully and in accordance with community guidelines.

  4. Subscriptions & Payments: Subscription fees, memberships, offering purchases, and bookings are billed through authorized payment processors (Stripe, Apple In-App Purchase, Google Play Billing). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the billing period.

  5. Cancellation & Refund Policy: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via account settings or your app store account. Refund requests are subject to our platform refund policy and relevant app store terms.

  6. User Content & Conduct: You retain ownership of content you post (e.g., progress photos, check-in data). You agree not to upload inappropriate, offensive, or infringing material. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our safety standards.

  7. Intellectual Property: All content, trademarks, logos, workout templates, software, and visual interfaces on SIC-FIT are the property of SIC-FIT or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

  8. Privacy: Your privacy is important to us. All personal and health data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  9. Termination: We may terminate or suspend access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our platform.

  10. Updates to Terms: We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Community standards. SicFit has zero tolerance for abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit or otherwise objectionable content or behaviour. You can report or block anyone you chat with from inside the conversation. Our team reviews reports within 24 hours and may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
